My Favourite Make-Up Tutorials (Beginner Friendly)

Hi! (◠‿・)—☆

I love experimenting with make-up. It gives limitless possibilities to styling - same little black dress can be seen as Pamela or Siouxie, depending on the make-up choices and accessories.
That being said, I get bored rather quickly. My obsessions go through seasonal phases - it's winter? Red and gold! Spring? Green and blue!!!!
You probably get the idea. Right now, I'm going through my blue and green phases again and those tutorials helped me so much. I usually look for tutorials on Pinterest, but I´m starting to seriously think about downloading TikTok, it seems rather useful. But also like a blackhole for time, so who knows.
These are very begginer friendly (I hope :D) and I feel like I would've loved them even back in high school. (And we don't really talk about my make-up in high school.)
They also offer a lot of space for experiments and changes, as you can see with my interpretations.

You will need: eyeshadow of any colour, neutral/brown eyeshadow, iridescent powder, kohl/eyepencil,

1. Use some of the colourful eyeshadow under your eyes.
2. Use kohl in corners, draw slight wing
3. Add some neutral/brown around the kohl
4. Add a touch of iridescent powder

I like starting with additional base of neutral eyeshadow, one shade darker than my skin. I usually use the iridescent powder only on inner corner of my eye, I like that look better. I also use A LOT of it.

2. Cute Colours by @marthalynnn

You will need: eyeshadow of any colour, two darker shades of neutral/brown eyeshadow, shimmer/glitters

1. Use lighter neutral around your eyelids
2. Use darker neutral around your lashline
3. Use bright eyeshadow under your eyes
4. Add a touch of simmer to your inner corners

I love doing this with red. It´s quick, easy, but I feel like it still makes a statement. If you want to look cute for your classes, but don´t want to wake up at 5:30, this can be done in few minutes.

You will need: kohl/eyepencil, make-up remover, small brush

1. Start with the middle thorn
2. Continue with the lower thorn, draw them along your eye line
3. Use bright eyeshadow under your eyes
4. Use a little bit of kohl on your upper lashline
5. Draw a line in your inner eye corner
6. Smooth the thorns out with small brush, use a remover if you need to do so

This may seem hard, but it doesn´t need a lot of products, and once you get it in your hands, it´s rather quick. It´s also very catchy to the eye - one of those ideal make-ups if you want to stand out, but don´t want to put in a lot of work.
I don´t actually have a photo for this one, but trust me, it´s great .D. And it looks great with colour, too.

I had an awful lot of work, lately, but that´s a good sign :D. I´m working on two films right now, one for university, other with friends, and I´m trying to work on my final paper. I still have one school year to write it, but it doesn´t feel like enough :D.
Today we went to terrain with archeologists. There was supossed to be a depot. Turns out it´s probably a metarulgic workshop from Urnfield culture which wasn´t seen at this arrea before. I´m excited to see where the research will go!
To celebrate, our proffesor brought a grill and some cheese for all of us. There wasn´t a lot of students, only 5, but there were some research and university workers. Czech archeology has a tight knit community, which is nice to see. If film didn´t go well... well... no. I probably still wouldn´t want to do it, but it was fun :D.

See you soon!
